Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your colorful Agatha Ruiz de la Prada pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including the original invoice.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
